ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Improve your confidence and your painting skills with this FREE challenge.
So what's included? Every day in March, I will send you an email with:
- A new reference photo
- Affirmations and mindsets
- Weekly bonus items
This challenge does not include:
- Specific instruction
- Video demonstrations
- No logins required
Paint the reference photo or be inspired to create your own! Take as little time or as long as you'd like. Paint on paper or explore your canvases.
This is a great opportunity to develop your paint practice and skills, designed for artists of all levels.
This month-long adventure will set you up for a fruitful creative practice for years to come.
WHAT DO I NEED?

- Printer or tablet to get open/print the reference photos
- Paint - I use acrylic paint but you are welcome to use whatever medium you're most comfortable with
- Painting surface: I recommend Canva Paper for these quick paintings, as an inexpensive and low pressure option that can fit in a folder (again, your choice!)
- Paintbrushes
- Palette: a glass palette, palette paper, or even a paper plate works in a pinch!
- Water, Rags, and any painting accessories like a palette knife and scraper

Whether you're a complete beginner to acrylics or returning to painting after a years-long break; or maybe you have found your style and are considering making your art into your career - we've got your back!

Check your email daily
We will send you a new reference photo every day for 31 days. You can print them out or pull them up on your device.
Get your supplies ready
Some things you will need are paints (we use acrylics), brushes, palette, and some kind of surface to paint on,
Set aside time to paint
Set a reasonable goal for yourself. Maybe you paint 5 in one day, or maybe this project takes you 3 months. Be gentle.
