Art On Fire is an annual exploration that takes place over 100 days. Shelby creates a new painting each day for the duration of the project, sparking the fire of inspiration that ultimately leads to new discoveries.
Developing new color palettes, experimenting with different compositions, and breaking through boundaries are what make this process so special to Shelby's creative practice.
Day 41 is an 8x10 acrylic painting on heavyweight watercolor paper with a beautiful, deckled edge.
Each painting is auctioned live on Instagram @shelbydillonstudio for 24 hours with a $75 reserve. If the reserve isn't met or no bids are made, then it will become available here.
